Word to PDF Online Free — Convert DOCX in Your Browser

A Word file is a draft. A PDF is a handoff.

Portals ask for PDF. Clients open PDF without asking which version of Word you used. And a PDF keeps its pages where you put them, instead of reflowing on someone else's screen.

ToolHub's Word to PDF converter turns DOCX, RTF, and plain text files into clean, paginated PDFs — in your browser, without uploading the document anywhere.

Use it here: convert Word to PDF online with ToolHub.

What the Converter Does

The tool reads the structure of your document and lays it out again as a PDF with consistent typography:

  • Headings keep their hierarchy, scaled by a heading size you choose.
  • Paragraphs and lists keep their order and basic inline styles such as bold and italic.
  • Tables become simple aligned columns, without borders.
  • Page breaks from the document start a new page.

You control the page:

  • A4 or Letter, portrait or landscape
  • Margins, line height, and heading scale
  • Helvetica, Times, or Courier — or your own TTF or OTF font

A preview shows the PDF before you download it, and any conversion notes appear next to the result.

How to Convert Word to PDF

  1. Open the ToolHub Word to PDF converter.
  2. Choose a .docx, .rtf, or .txt file.
  3. Pick the page size, orientation, margins, and font.
  4. Convert, check the preview, and download the PDF.

That is the whole flow. No account, no email, no watermark.

What It Keeps — and What It Does Not

This converter rebuilds the document from its structure. That keeps output predictable, but it is not a pixel copy of Word's layout.

It keeps the words, the heading levels, lists, simple tables, and bold or italic text. It does not reproduce images, text boxes, columns, headers and footers, or tracked changes. For a report, a letter, a manuscript, or notes, that is usually exactly what you want: a clean, readable PDF. For a heavily designed brochure, export to PDF from the application that designed it.

Legacy .doc files (Word 97–2003) are not supported. Open them in Word or another editor, save as .docx, and convert that file instead.

Your Document Stays on Your Device

Contracts, CVs, and internal reports are exactly the files people hesitate to upload.

ToolHub reads the file and writes the PDF inside your browser tab. The document is not sent to a server at any point, and nothing is kept after you close the tab.

Choose the file. Set the page. Download the PDF.
